Warranty In-Charge
Job Role : Warranty In-Charge is responsible for handling vehicle warranty claims, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring timely processing and settlement of warranty-related issues as per company and OEM policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle and process vehicle warranty claims as per OEM guidelines
- Verify warranty eligibility, job cards, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers
- Submit warranty claims accurately and within timelines
- Track claim approvals, rejections, and settlements
- Maintain proper records and documentation of warranty cases
- Communicate warranty decisions to customers clearly
- Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies
- Prepare warranty-related reports for management review
