Art Teacher
Job Role : Art Teacher is responsible for teaching visual arts to students, fostering creativity, artistic skills, and aesthetic appreciation. The role includes planning and delivering lessons, organizing art activities, and encouraging students to explore and develop their artistic talents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging art lessons for students of various age groups
- Teach techniques in drawing, painting, sculpture, and other art forms
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and aesthetic appreciation
- Organize exhibitions, workshops, and art competitions for students
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on students’ artwork
- Maintain art supplies, tools, and classroom resources
- Integrate art with other curricular activities where appropriate
- Inspire students to participate in local, national, and inter-school art events
- Keep records of student progress, attendance, and achievements
