Senior Site Engineer
Job Role : Senior Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver high-quality work within budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues on site
Prepare and monitor work schedules and progress reports
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Manage material requests, usage, and inventory on site
Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff
Assist in project planning, cost control, and risk management
