Site Supervisor
Job Role : Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Monitor labor productivity and site progress
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct routine site inspections and quality checksReport daily progress, issues, and delays to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Ensure proper use and storage of materials and equipment
- Maintain site discipline and housekeeping
- Assist in resolving on-site technical or operational issues
