Store Keeper
Job Role : Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment. The role ensures proper inventory control, safe storage practices, and timely availability of materials to support smooth site or warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries
Verify materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
Properly store materials according to company and safety standards
Issue materials as per approved material requests
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and housekeeping of the store
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and supervisors
