Accountant
Job Role : Accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and hospital policies. They support management in financial planning and decision-making to maintain the hospital’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly/annual reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor hospital budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and hospital policies
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Provide financial analysis and support for management decisions
