CX Manager
Job Role : CX Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience at all touchpoints in the automobile showroom, from first visit to post-sales service, by improving satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and improve overall customer experience in the showroom
- Ensure high standards of customer service across sales and service teams
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction scores
- Train staff on customer handling and service etiquette Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing departments
- Ensure smooth customer journey from inquiry to delivery
- Implement CX strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
- Track customer experience metrics and prepare reports
- Maintain brand standards and service quality guidelines
