Site Supervisor
Job Role : Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved plans, safety standards, quality norms, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily construction/site activities and workforce deployment.
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor material usage, quality of work, and site safety compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and daily work logs.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower at site.
- Enforce safety rules and ensure a safe working environment.
- Identify site issues and report progress and problems to higher authorities.
- Assist in measurements, inspections, and quality checks.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Engineer or managemen
