Job Role :   Back Office Executive provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and supporting front-office or sales operations.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Manage and maintain records, files, and databases (physical and digital)
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
  • Process orders, invoices, and other business documents
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams
  • Handle emails, internal communication, and follow-ups
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updating of data in company systems
  • Assist in inventory tracking and vendor coordination (if applicable)
  • Support management with administrative tasks and MIS reports
