Architect
Job Role :Architect is responsible for designing and planning buildings that meet client needs while ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic quality. The role involves preparing drawings and documents, coordinating with engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and overseeing construction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budgets
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare and review construction documents, plans, and permits
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants
- Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations
- Oversee project progress and conduct site visits during construction
- Manage design changes and resolve construction-related issues
- Use architectural software and tools for drafting and visualization
