Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Role : Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling cement products, developing market presence, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell cement products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Conduct market surveys and analyze competitor activities
- Implement marketing and promotional activities in assigned territories
- Collect customer feedback and address complaints or issues
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for order execution and payments
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments
- Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management
