Plant Manager
Job Role : Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met. This role requires strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and team management to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely production.
- Lead and manage plant staff to meet performance and productivity goals.
- Plan and control production schedules to meet customer and business demands.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage plant budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Drive process optimization and waste reduction initiatives.
