VMC & CNC Operator
Job Role : VMC & CNC Operator is responsible for operating, setting, and monitoring CNC and VMC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate VMC and CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
- Set up machines, tools, and fixtures according to job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
- Follow safety procedures and shop floor discipline.
- Record production data and maintain job-related documentation.

Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
