Job Role : Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles in the showroom, understanding customer needs, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
  • Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and policy processing
  • Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery and explain post-sale procedures
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Stay updated on new vehicle models, market trends, and competitors
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities
