Job Role : HR Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resource strategies that support business objectives. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and organizational development while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
