Service Works Manager
Job Role : Service Works Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the service workshop, ensuring high-quality vehicle servicing, efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, and achievement of service revenue targets. The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating service schedules, and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service workshop
- Plan and control service workflow, job cards, and technician allocation
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Monitor service quality and adherence to company standards
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Coordinate with spare parts department for availability and inventory
- Achieve service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians and service advisors
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and workshop policies
- Monitor warranty claims and service documentation
- Maintain service records, MIS reports, and productivity data
- Implement service campaigns and customer retention programs
