Job Role : Service Advisor acts as the main point of contact between customers and the service workshop. The role involves understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and quality service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements
  • Inspect vehicles and record customer complaints accurately
  • Prepare job cards and estimate service/repair costs
  • Explain service procedures, timelines, and charges to customers
  • Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for job execution
  • Update customers on service progress and additional repair approvals
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion
  • Conduct final vehicle checks and explain work done to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
  • Promote value-added services, AMC, and service packages
  • Maintain service records, invoices, and customer history
