Account Manager
Job Role : Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned clients/accounts. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving revenue targets, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients/accounts
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Resolve client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
- Ensure timely billing, collections, and account reconciliation
