Account Manager
Job Role : Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. The role ensures client satisfaction, retention, and achievement of revenue targets through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients and key accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare account plans, proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Monitor account performance and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and updates in CRM systems
