Customer Advisor
Job Role : Customer Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, offering guidance on products or services, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.

- Assist with order processing, returns, and account management.
