Job Role :  Team Leader in a is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, managing the sales and service team, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role involves motivating staff, coordinating sales activities, and supporting management in achieving showroom targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Supervise and lead showroom staff, including sales executives, customer advisors, and support personnel.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints effectively.
• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor inventory, display vehicles, and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and team productivity for management.
• Coordinate with service and finance departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Implement showroom policies, procedures, and safety standards.
