Sales Manager
Job Role : Sales Manager is responsible for leading the showroom sales team, driving vehicle sales, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry to maximize showroom performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Monitor individual and team performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to delivery of vehicles.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to plan promotions, offers, and financing options.
- Ensure showroom presentation, vehicle displays, and merchandising meet company standards.
