Job Role : Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth, timely, and satisfactory handover experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service abilities to ensure every vehicle delivery meets company standards and customer expectations. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Coordinate the scheduling and preparation of vehicles for delivery to customers.
  • Ensure all documentation, including registration, insurance, financing, and compliance paperwork, is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and quality checks before handover to ensure standards are met.
  • Explain vehicle features, functionalities, and maintenance requirements to customers during delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery process.
  • Communicate with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
  • Track delivery timelines and follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to vehicle delivery promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries and related documentation.
