HR Executive
Job Role : HR Executive is responsible for supporting the human resources function by managing employee lifecycle processes, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and promotes a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Support payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with management to address employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics for management review.
