Clerk
Job Role : Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. This includes maintaining and organizing records, preparing and processing documents, handling correspondence, and managing data entry tasks. Clerks assist in routine office activities such as filing, scanning, and archiving, as well as responding to phone calls and emails.
Key Responsbilities :
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and memos
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records
- Assist in filing, scanning, and archiving documents
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
