CNC Machine Operator
Job Role : CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and quality standards. The role requires technical knowledge, accuracy, and strict adherence to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning, or machining centers)
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as required
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
- Ensure components meet quality and dimensional standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or defects
