Job Role : Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role involves handling documents, coordinating with staff and visitors, and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day office administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and office correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Support senior staff with data entry and documentation
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Greet visitors and handle front-desk activities when required
