Job Role:  Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising the sales team, achieving tractor sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth showroom operations. The role requires knowledge of agricultural equipment, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Supervise and guide the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales of tractors and allied agricultural machinery
  • Maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned territory
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options to customers
  • Coordinate with service and spare parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
  • Train and motivate sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge
  • Assist in pricing, quotations, and sales negotiations
