Service Supervisor
Job Role : Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the service department of a tractor showroom, ensuring timely maintenance, repairs, and after-sales support for customers. The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating with customers, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage the service team to ensure efficient workshop operations
- Schedule and monitor tractor servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with customers regarding service appointments, issues, and follow-ups
- Ensure quality standards are met in all service and repair work
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely availability
- Train and guide technicians to improve technical skills and efficiency
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Implement service policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with sales team for customer retention and after-sales services
