Supermarket Staff
Job Role : Supermarket Staff are responsible for supporting daily store operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting customers, and ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed. They work under the supervision of the Store Manager or Supervisor to ensure smooth store functioning and a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in stocking shelves, arranging products, and maintaining store displays.
- Help customers locate products and provide basic product information.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store, including aisles, shelves, and counters.
- Check products for expiry dates and report damaged or unsellable items.
- Unload and organize deliveries and ensure proper storage of goods.
- Assist in billing, packing, and handling customer purchases if required.
- Follow store policies, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Support the team in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Handle basic customer queries, complaints, or direct them to the supervisor.
