Job Role : English Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in English language and literature to students. The role involves developing students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, fostering critical thinking, and promoting a positive and interactive learning environment. 

Key Responsibilities : 

•  Prepare and deliver English lessons in accordance with the curriculum and school guidelines.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and literature.
• Encourage student participation and interactive learning through discussions, activities, and projects.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and class participation.
• Provide feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
• Maintain accurate academic records and report student progress to school administration and parents.
• Develop and implement creative teaching methods to make learning engaging.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and learning.
