Job Role :  Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day construction and civil works activities on educational campus projects of the Trust. This role ensures that construction work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, and timelines. The Site Supervisor coordinates site operations with contractors, engineers, and internal project teams, monitors progress and resources, enforces safety protocols, and maintains accurate site records and reports to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :  

• Supervise and manage daily site activities of construction work to ensure adherence to plans and schedules.
• Monitor site progress, inspect workmanship, and ensure quality control of materials and construction processes.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and protocols for all workers and visitors at the construction site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and take corrective action to address risks. Maintain accurate site documentation including daily progress reports, labour records, material inventories, and safety logs.
• Communicate site status, issues, and progress to the Project Coordinator or Trust Management.
