General Manager

Job Role :  General Manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the EV automobile showroom. This role oversees sales, operations, customer experience, after-sales service, and team management while ensuring compliance with company policies and EV industry standards.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Lead and manage overall showroom operations and performance
  • Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for EV products
  • Manage inventory, vehicle deliveries, and documentation processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, financiers, and key customers
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales and service teams
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews
  • Oversee after-sales service coordination and customer retention
  • Ensure compliance with EV regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Track market trends, competitors, and EV industry developments
  • Prepare and submit sales, operational, and financial reports to management
