Team Leader
Job Role : Team Leader is responsible for managing daily showroom operations, leading the sales team, driving EV sales performance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role bridges sales execution, team management, and customer education on electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the EV showroom sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Guide customers on EV models, features, pricing, and charging solutions
- Handle escalated customer queries and close key deals
- Train and motivate sales executives on product knowledge and sales skills
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
- Coordinate test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and documentation
- Ensure showroom display, demo vehicles, and branding standards
- Stay updated on EV market trends, competitors, and government subsidies
