Sales Executive
Job Role : Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling electric vehicles, guiding customers through the buying process, and delivering an excellent showroom experience while achieving individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Explain EV features, benefits, pricing, and variants
- Educate customers on charging options, range, subsidies, and running costs
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert enquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Prepare quotations, bookings, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with the team for vehicle delivery and registration
- Maintain customer data and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
