Quality & Assembly Executive
Job Role : Quality & Assembly Executive is responsible for ensuring that assembly operations are carried out as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer requirements. The role involves supervising assembly activities, performing quality checks, identifying defects, and coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure timely and defect-free output.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support day-to-day assembly operations
- Ensure assembly is carried out according to drawings, SOPs, and quality standards
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections of assembled products
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and take corrective actions
- Maintain quality and assembly records, reports, and checklists
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization activities
- Assist in handling customer quality issues and internal audits
