Accountant
Job Role : Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, billing, payments, and accounting operations of the hospital while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial transparency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain hospital books of accounts and financial records
- Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and collections
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor hospital expenses and control costs
- Handle payroll processing and staff salary records
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
- Maintain cash, bank, and vendor reconciliations
- Support hospital management in budgeting and financial planning
