Public Relations Officer(Medical Representative)
Job Role : PRO (MR) is responsible for promoting hospital services, developing referral relationships with doctors and healthcare providers, increasing patient inflow, and enhancing the hospital’s visibility and brand presence through effective field marketing and coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote hospital services to doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Develop and maintain referral networks to increase patient admissions
- Meet consultants and medical professionals to explain hospital facilities
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow up on conversions
- Conduct hospital marketing visits and field activities
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information
- Support health camps, CMEs, and promotional events
- Assist patients and attendants with admission and service information
- Maintain daily visit reports and referral data
- Achieve assigned marketing and referral targets
