Fashion Advisor
Job Role : Fashion Advisor is responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable fabrics, styles, and ready-made garments while promoting tailoring and fabric processing services. The role focuses on customer styling guidance, order coordination, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and understand their fashion, fitting, and fabric requirements
- Advise customers on fabric selection, garment styles, colors, and latest trends
- Promote tailoring services and readymade garment collections
- Explain fabric processing services such as Thread Rolling, Fabric Brushing, and Knitted Fabric
- Compacting Take accurate body measurements and record customer specifications
- Assist customers during fittings and suggest alterations if required
- Coordinate with tailors and production teams for order execution
- Ensure quality standards in stitching, finishing, and fabric treatment
- Maintain proper display of garments, fabric samples, and accessories
- Support sales by upselling value-added services and premium fabrics
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely
- Maintain customer order records and follow up on delivery timelines
