Helper
Job Role : Helper assists the Delivery Boy in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of electronic products to customers, dealers, and service centers. This role involves carrying, loading, and unloading goods, helping with packing and organizing items, maintaining delivery records, and supporting smooth operations while adhering to company safety and handling guidelines. The Helper ensures that the delivery process is efficient and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Delivery Boy in loading and unloading electronic goods
- Carry boxes, equipment, and fragile electronic items safely
- Help organize and pack items before delivery
- Support verification of invoices, bills, and delivery documents
- Assist in collecting signatures or COD payments from customers
- Help maintain daily delivery logs and records
- Support the return and replacement of goods
- Ensure proper handling of fragile and high-value electronic items
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle
- Follow the assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the manager
- Provide physical support during peak hours or heavy deliveries
