Job Role :  Primary Teacher is responsible for teaching and guiding students in classes 1 to 5, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional development. The role involves planning and delivering lessons across multiple subjects, assessing student performance, creating a positive and engaging learning environment, and fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and good behavior. The Primary Teacher works closely with colleagues, parents, and school management to support the holistic growth of each child.

Key Responsibilities : 

  •  Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in subjects like English, Math, Science, and Social Studies
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess student learning through tests, assignments, and observations
  • Identify learning gaps and provide additional support where needed
  • Encourage student participation, creativity, and critical thinking
  • Maintain classroom discipline and promote good behavior
  • Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
  • Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and activity resources
  • Organize and supervise class activities, events, and educational trips
  • Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and school programs
  • Ensure students’ safety and wellbeing in the classroom
  • Incorporate technology and interactive methods into teaching
  • Follow school policies, guidelines, and child protection regulations
