Job Role :   High School Coordinator is responsible for the effective academic and administrative management of high school classes (Grades 9–12). The role involves coordinating curriculum implementation, supporting teachers, monitoring student performance, ensuring discipline, and acting as a link between school management, teachers, students, and parents. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining academic standards, smooth daily operations, and a positive school environment. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Coordinate and monitor academic activities for high school classes
  • Ensure proper implementation of curriculum and academic plans
  • Support and guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom management
  • Monitor student performance, attendance, and discipline
  • Organize examinations, assessments, and result analysis
  • Coordinate with subject teachers for syllabus completion
  • Address academic and behavioral issues of students
  • Communicate with parents regarding student progress and concerns
  • Prepare academic schedules, timetables, and duty rosters
  • Conduct meetings with teachers and students as required
  • Support school events, competitions, and co-curricular activities
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, rules, and child safety norms
  • Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation
  • Act as a liaison between school management and teaching staff
