Site Engineer
Job Role : Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The role ensures that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The Site Engineer coordinates with contractors, supervisors, and engineers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings
- Set out works, check levels, alignments, and dimensions
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labor teams
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor material usage and report requirements to senior engineers
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and measurements
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
- Identify and report technical or execution-related issues
- Support senior engineers and project managers in site operations
- Assist in inspections, testing, and handover activities
