Site Supervisor
Job Role : Site Supervisor in a Real Estate Company is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at the project site and ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. The role involves supervising labor, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, maintaining site discipline, and supporting engineers in achieving quality and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
- Manage and monitor labor and subcontractor work
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and instructions
- Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and discipline
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors
- Track daily work progress and labor productivity
- Check materials delivered to site for quality and proper storage
- Identify and report site issues or delays to engineers
- Ensure use of proper tools, equipment, and safety gear
- Maintain daily site records and attendance
- Support quality control and inspection activities
- Assist in project handover and site cleanup
