Job Role :  Electrician in a Real Estate Company is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems at construction sites and completed properties. The role ensures that all electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, and local electrical regulations. The Electrician works closely with site engineers and supervisors to support timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Install electrical wiring, conduits, panels, and fixtures
  • Carry out electrical works as per drawings and site instructions
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems at site and completed units
  • Ensure safety compliance during all electrical activities
  • Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems
  • Identify and rectify electrical faults and defects
  • Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
  • Maintain proper tools, equipment, and materials
  • Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Support emergency electrical repairs when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work area
  • Assist during project handover and maintenance period
