Job Role : Job Inspector in a Hydraulic Products Manufacturing Company is responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality, accuracy, and compliance of hydraulic components and assemblies throughout the production process. The role ensures that all products meet company standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Job Inspector works closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to detect defects, ensure proper documentation, and support timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities : 

  •  Inspect raw materials, components, and finished hydraulic products for quality and specifications
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report them to supervisors or quality control
  • Verify dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and material standards of hydraulic products
  • Conduct testing and functional checks on hydraulic systems (e.g., cylinders, pumps, valves)
  • Maintain inspection records, reports, and traceability documents
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support process improvement initiatives to reduce defects and rework
  • Participate in final product inspections before dispatch
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of inspected products
