Job Role : CNC Operator in a Hydraulic Products Manufacturing Company is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture high-precision hydraulic components such as cylinders, valves, and pumps. The role ensures that parts are produced accurately according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The CNC Operator works closely with production engineers and quality teams to optimize machining processes, maintain machine performance, and ensure timely completion of production schedules.

Key Responsibilities :   

  • Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and production drawings Operate
  • CNC machines to produce hydraulic components with precision
  • Load raw materials and ensure proper machine calibration
  • Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed
  • Conduct dimensional checks and inspect finished parts for quality and tolerance
  • Maintain machine tools, cutters, and accessories in good condition
  • Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Assist in improving machining processes and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards
