Job Role : Primary Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in the early grades, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. The role involves planning and implementing a curriculum, assessing student progress, managing classroom behavior, and creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment. The Primary Teacher works closely with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure the holistic development and well-being of every student.

Key Responsibilities :   

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the school curriculum
• Develop and use teaching materials, resources, and activities suitable for primary students
• Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and development
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
• Identify students’ learning needs and provide additional support as required
• Encourage participation, creativity, and critical thinking in students
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
• Organize and supervise classroom and school activities
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
• Maintain accurate student records and reports
• Promote students’ social, emotional, and ethical development
