Job Role :  HR Executive in an Educational Institute is responsible for managing human resources functions to support the institute’s staff and overall organizational goals. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, training, and maintaining HR records. The HR Executive ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively, fosters a positive work environment, and supports both teaching and non-teaching staff in their professional development. 

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes for teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and attendance
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and institute HR policies
  • Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution
  • Coordinate staff training, development, and workshops
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for management
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and updates
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing and HR requirements
