Job  Role :  Sales Consultant at a Hyundai automobile showroom is responsible for promoting and selling Hyundai vehicles by understanding customer needs and providing suitable product recommendations. This role involves guiding customers through the entire sales process—from inquiry and test drive to booking and delivery—while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant represents the Hyundai brand and plays a key role in achieving showroom sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable
  • Hyundai models Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, and finance options
  • Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries
  • Prepare quotations, booking forms, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and post-delivery follow-up
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints
  • Participate in showroom promotions, events, and marketing activities
